Reasonable prices, excellent lunch choices and fast service

I eat here often in the mornings after the gym. Great diner food. Eggs are delicious and the prices are great. Serivce is fast unless it gets busy with limited wait staff in the am.

Food is always good, staff is friendly and attentive.

Todays visit was a 2 out of 10. Waitress took order dropped off food and was never seen again until she dropped check. And the order was incorrect but because the waitress never came back to check it was never corrected. Terrible experience

Great place to eat. It's not too quite but not too busy either. The food is really good and it's a great place to have a pleasant sunday brunch.

Very clean, but service was slow, possibly due to COVID-19 precautions. My omelette was great, but my friends pizza burger was disappointing. Ergo, order what you know.

Awesome diner! Interior looks like you stepped back into the 70s, not because it was styled to look "vintage" but because it has been around that long. Food is delicious, especially the burgers. Quarter pounder is an excellent deal, try it! Sad I won't get to go there much since moving.

They had very few fresh food options and even the salads were mediocre. The vegetables were mushy. The server did not tell us what the specials were until we asked. I would not go back here.

Here for breakfast. Straight forward, nothing fancy diner food. A hot, tasty breakfast in a clean comfortable setting

The worst diner I have ever been to waitress looked like she was high ordered a drink with no Ice came back with ice wife ordered unsweetened tea taste like water she the got a Pepsi which ended up being diet Pepsi ordered the haddock with fries wanted to upgrade to disco fries she couldn't do that I said ok I still want them but when it came I never got the fries that came with the meal also said no coleslaw and guess what out comes coleslaw told manager waitress was completely incompetent and got nothing right and she offered to do nothing about it not so much as an apology so do yourself a favor and NEVER EAT AT WESTERN DINER!!!!

A late night dinner, very good as usual. Waitress was very nice and accommodating.

Food was real good, whoever the waitress that worked today 5/23/2020, brought our food out with a smile, very cordial. Need more like her.

The diner serves food fast the food is a little cheap than the shiny diner by crossgates mall.
